After Purchasing a Course, When Will I Receive Information on my Course Delivery?
After purchasing a course, our Training Department will contact you for pdf copy of your pre-requisite certificate (or you can email your pre-requisite certificate to training@TheResponseTeam.ca ). You will receive information regarding your course delivery approximately 5 days prior to your course start date. The email will include information regarding course materials, and additional information.
How Do Refunds and Cancellation Work?
Refund requests and cancellations made via email up to 7 days before the course start date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will attempt to re-schedule the participant for another session. (For up to 6 months). If accommodation cannot be provided, a refund will be granted. There will be a 5% cancellation charge to cover credit card and administration costs. Refund requests after the 7-day window of a course start date will follow the same process of attempted re-schedule, however if an accommodation cannot be made, no refund will be granted.

For ICS Courses, it is The Response Teams policy that 7 business days (to include holidays) that in the event 8 students have not been accepted into the course, the course may need to be rescheduled. This decision is made by the Founding Owner / Managing Partner.
